EMS1167

The in-motion weigher EMS1167 is mainly used for the weighing of the endless belts. Usually it is located beyond the extruder and according to dates from the weigher it is controlled the rate of extrusion. The weighing section is 1.0 or 0.5 m long. The weight is indicated on a display, the tolerance checking on the lamp tower (red, orange, green, orange, red). The RS485, Ethernet or Profibus DP interfaces provide communication capabilities with the PLCs.
