EMS1168

The checkweigher EMS1168 is mainly used in the rubber industry for weighing of the rubber strips. It is designed for installation in production lines. The construction of the checkweigher consists of a welded steel frame and a conveyor. The conveyor is mounted on four or six load cells. It has its own drive with cooling and encoder. The weight is indicated on display, the tolerance checking on the lamp tower (red, orange, green, orange, red). The RS485, Ethernet or Profibus DP interfaces provide communication capabilities with the PLCs.
